People’s Light

A cultural and civic venue featuring a theatre, restaurant and special events pavilion for meetings and weddings, Maffei Landscape Design prepared a comprehensive master plan for the seven-acre property located in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The new gardens compliment existing legacy gardens and support the indoor programming with naturalistic outdoor spaces for dining, photography, storytelling, weddings and many other events. Like the theatre itself, the gardens have become a stage on which milestone events of everyday lives may be performed.

People’s Light

The gardens, intended to be a stage where everyone can perform in the milestone events of their lives, adapt to the needs of each occasion. Whether it be a wedding, a star-gazing fundraiser or storytelling by the firepit, the gardens at People’s Light are there to make the moment unique and magical.
